Each person may hold only one segi77 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. segi77 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel.
Any attempt to defraud segi77 — including bonus abuse, chargebacks, collusion, or use of automated tools — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
segi77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are advised to review this page periodically.
By accessing, registering, or using the segi77 platform in any capacity — including browsing, playing for fun, or playing for real money — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of segi77's services. These Terms apply to all users of segi77, regardless of registration status.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use segi77. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR's regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. segi77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account found to be registered to a person under 21 years of age, with immediate forfeiture of any associated balance.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) segi77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether through different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update any information that changes. You may not register using a false identity, another person's identity, or any fictitious details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Philippine Residency and Eligible Users. segi77 primarily serves Filipino players residing in the Philippines. Players must not be located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any session on the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of segi77 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
2.5 KYC Verification. segi77 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players before processing cash withdrawals. You agree to provide valid government-issued Philippine identification (PhilSys national ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) and any additional documents reasonably requested by segi77 to complete KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
2.6 Right to Refuse Registration. segi77 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or revoke registration to any person for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, regulatory requirements, or breach of these Terms.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your segi77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify segi77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account by contacting support at [email protected]. segi77 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or your failure to promptly report unauthorized access.
3.3 No Sharing of Accounts. segi77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, even temporarily. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of who actually initiated the activity.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. segi77 may require or offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional account security measure. You are encouraged to enable 2FA. segi77 may, at its discretion, mandate 2FA for accounts exhibiting unusual login patterns or for accounts holding significant balances.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. segi77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency as indicated on the platform's cashier page. Accepted payment methods may be updated at segi77's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. segi77 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits as required by PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards or internal risk management procedures.
4.3 Currency. All real-money transactions on segi77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Transactions initiated in foreign currency will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, which may include a conversion margin. segi77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) no pending fraud investigation or account review; (d) minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100 unless otherwise specified. segi77 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 30 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfers, subject to network conditions and verification requirements.
4.5 Player Funds Protection. segi77, as required by PAGCOR regulations, maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected even in the unlikely event of financial difficulty on the part of segi77's operators.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. segi77 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML compliance requirements. segi77 may require additional verification documentation for large transactions, unusual deposit patterns, or withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposit. segi77 reserves the right to hold or refuse any transaction it suspects may be related to money laundering or other illicit activity.
4.7 Withdrawal to Deposit Source. As a general policy, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. segi77 may, at its discretion, allow withdrawals to alternative verified payment methods following satisfactory identity verification.
5.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by segi77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, game eligibility, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play — form part of these Terms and must be read before claiming any offer.
5.2 One Bonus Per Household / IP Address. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method. segi77 reserves the right to refuse or revoke bonuses claimed in violation of this rule.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. segi77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, collusion, and use of automated tools. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Promotion Withdrawal. segi77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already partially completed wagering requirements under the promotion.
5.5 Winnings from Free Spins / Free Bets. Winnings credited as a result of free spin or free bet promotions are typically awarded as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on segi77 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules. segi77 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on segi77 use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the control of the live dealer, which are recorded on video and available for review in cases of dispute.
6.3 Disconnection and Technical Errors. segi77 shall not be liable for loss of internet connection, device malfunction, or other technical issues outside segi77's control that result in an interrupted gaming session. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on segi77's side, the affected round will be handled in accordance with segi77's technical failure resolution procedures and applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
6.4 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes — including but not limited to software errors, server failures, or incorrect odds display — segi77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the relevant wager amounts to the players' accounts. Under no circumstances will segi77 be required to pay winnings arising from a malfunction.
6.5 Bet Finality. Once confirmed, bets placed on segi77 are final and may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to review their bet before confirmation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on segi77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. segi77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm among its players. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, segi77 is required to implement and maintain responsible gaming tools, and to cooperate with PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.
8.2 Player Tools. segi77 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits; (c) session time limits and alerts; (d) cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension); (e) self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure).
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from segi77 may request self-exclusion through the account settings page or by contacting segi77 support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. segi77 will not reinstate access to a self-excluded account during the exclusion period. Players are encouraged to also use PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry where available.
8.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. The 21+ age requirement is a legal obligation under PAGCOR's regulations. segi77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If segi77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21, access will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.
8.5 Problem Gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — if it stops being fun, it is time to stop.
9.1 segi77's Right to Suspend. segi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if segi77 has reason to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) there is a regulatory requirement to do so; (d) the player's activity poses a risk to segi77's platform integrity or other players.
9.2 Balance Handling on Termination. In cases of account termination for reason of material breach (fraud, prohibited conduct, bonus abuse), segi77 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. In cases of voluntary account closure or regulatory closure unrelated to breach, segi77 will process any pending legitimate withdrawal of verified real-money funds within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
9.3 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your segi77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure is subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonus funds and completion of KYC if not already done. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
9.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not been accessed or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. segi77 may apply an inactivity fee to inactive accounts as permitted by its published fee schedule. Players will be notified of potential inactivity fees before deductions begin.
10.1 Ownership. The segi77 platform — including its design, source code, game interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and all other content — is the exclusive intellectual property of segi77 and its licensors. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Limited License. segi77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the segi77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any segi77 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any segi77 software; use segi77's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
10.3 Game Providers. Games available on segi77 are licensed from third-party providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. The intellectual property in those games remains with their respective owners. segi77 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
11.1 General Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, segi77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of segi77's platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or gaming losses.
11.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. By using segi77, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) all casino games involve financial risk and the possibility of losing money; (b) the outcome of all games is determined by chance or by rules of the game and is not influenced by previous results; (c) segi77 cannot and does not guarantee any winnings; and (d) you are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make while using segi77's services.
11.3 Service Availability. segi77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. segi77 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond segi77's reasonable control.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, segi77's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Gaming Act), and other relevant Philippine statutes.
12.2 Regulatory Complaints. Players who have a complaint or dispute with segi77 that cannot be resolved through segi77's customer support process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR, the relevant regulatory authority. PAGCOR's complaint procedures are available through PAGCOR's official communication channels.
12.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to external authorities, you agree to contact segi77 support in good faith to attempt resolution. segi77 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
12.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes not resolved through internal channels or PAGCOR mediation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.1 Right to Amend. segi77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at segi77.one/terms-conditions, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.
13.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where changes to these Terms are material — affecting players' rights, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or other significant aspects of the player relationship — segi77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or a notification within the platform interface.
13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of segi77's platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using segi77 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
